This book focuses on organizational consequences of processes of sense making about and assigning meanings to diversity in sport organizations. The editors hope is that this book will stimulate managers and sport administrators to reflect on their own ways of making sense of social and viewpoint diversity and will give them insight that allow them to challenge those ways of sense making that marginalize and suppress differences.
